- 1/2 lb chunk of Genoa salami
- 1/2 lb chunk of domestic provolone
- chick peas
- 1 jar marinated mushrooms
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
- salad or roasted peppers
- pepperoncini
- black olives
- lettuce
- tomatoes
- hard boiled eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Cut salami and provolone into cubes.
Drain other ingredients and reserve some liquid to use as dressing.
Layer all ingerdients.
