Ingredients
- 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/3 c. seeded and finely chopped cucumber
- 1/4 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 2 T. chopped green onions
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. dried whole dillweed
- 1/8 t. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Cover and chill. Serve over mixed salad greens. serving size 1 T.
