Raita

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • salt to taste
  • fresh coriander for garnish
  • finely chopped vegetable of your choice

Preparation

Step 1

beat the yogurt in bowl.
add salt, pepper and cumin
add the chopped vegetable.
Mix well, refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
Garnish with coriander and serve chilled.
