Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 stick margarine
• 2 1/4 cup stove top chicken stuffing
• 1 cup sliced zucchini
• 3/4 cup grated carrots
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• Vegetable seasoning packet

Preparation

Step 1

1.) Melt butter and add stuffing mix. Mix seasoning packet with soup and sour cream.

2.) Grease the casserole dish. Layer zucchini, carrots, and onions. Add 1 1/4 cup stuffing and another layer of zucchini. Add soup mixture and top with 1 cup stuffing.

3.) bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
