  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 16 oz cans refrigerated dinner rolls

Step 1

Generously coat a 2-quart casserole dish or Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Preheat oven to 375. In a mall shallow bowl, blend the sugar with the cinnamon. Melt butter in a small, microwave-safe shallow bowl using the DEFROST power of your microwave. Pull the rolls apart and cut each in half (to make two half-moons). Dip each piece of dough into the butter mixture then roll in the sugar mixture to coat all sides. Place the coated pieces of dough on top of each other in the prepared pan. The dough should almost reach the top of the pan or dish. SPrinkle any remaining sugar mixture over the top. aBake in the center of the oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the break is golden brown. Let cool slightly then remove the bread from the pan and place on a serving dish or plate. PUll apart the pieces of cinnamon bread to eat.
