Ingredients
- 1 bag of coconut
- 1 can sweetened condensed mild
- 2-3 TBS XX sugar
- chocolate chips
- Crisco
- whole almonds
Preparation
Step 1
Mix coconut, milk and sugar together. Use melon baller to scoop small amount, roll into small balls and place on wax paper lined try. Place in freezer. Milt chips with one TBS Crisco. Dip balls into melter chocolate and let dry.
To make almond joys dip whole almonds into chocolate and let dry. Once you dip the coconut mixture into chocolate place almond on top.
Store in air tight container.
