Ingredients
- 6 thick slices bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup onions, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon in skillet, remove.
Drain grease from skillet, leaving about 1 tablespoon of grease in skillet to saute the onion & garlic.
Saute the onion & garlic for a few minutes, add the green beans & saute until crisp tender.
Add the bacon back in, add seasonings to taste & heat through.
