Creamy Broccoli & Cheddar Potato Topper

Cream of broccoli soup is the secret ingredient that makes these broccoli and cheese topped potatoes especially delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- Dash ground black pepper
- 4 hot baked potatoes, split
- 1 cup cooked broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 1 ounce)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir the soup, milk and black pepper in a small bowl.
2. Place the potatoes onto a microwavable plate. Top with the broccoli. Spoon the soup mixture over the broccoli. Sprinkle with the cheese.
3. Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes or until the soup mixture is hot and the cheese is melted.
RECIPE TIPS
* Ingredient Note: To bake the potatoes, pierce the potatoes with a fork. Microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes or bake at 400°F. for 1 hour or until they're fork-tender.
