Heather's Turkey-a-la-King

This is a recipe that Heather uses to make use of the leftover turkey and mashed potatoes from Thanksgiving.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 - 3 cups shredded turkey breast
  • Two 14 1/2 oz. cans Chicken Broth
  • 1 Tbsp tarragon
  • 1/2 Tbsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp Nature's Seasons
  • Shaker Flour

Preparation

Step 1

Add all the ingredients, EXCEPT the shaker flour, to a medium or large pot. Heat the mixture until it begins to boil and add the shaker flour until the mixture begins to thicken and becomes a gravy. Serve the turkey gravy over mashed potatoes or rice.
