Ingredients

  • 1 bunch seedless grapes (1 lb.)
  • 4 oz. milk chocolate pieces
  • 4 oz. semisweet
  • 2 tbsp. shortening

Step 1

1.) Wash and dry grapes well; drain grapes thoroughly on paper towels for several hours. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper, set aside.

2.) In small saucepan, combine milk chocolate, semisweet chocolate, and shortening. Heat and stir over low heat until melted.

3.) Hold grapes by stem and dip them partially into melted chocolate; spoon chocolate to coat. Let excess drip off. Place grapes stem side up on prepared cookie sheet. Cill until firm (30 mins. up to 6 hrs.)
