Ingredients
- 1 C cooked rice
- 1 C chopped celery
- 1/2 C chopped onion
- 1/4 C butter
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1 small jar jalapeno cheese whiz
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli (Ruth uses 2), cooked and drained.
Preparation
Step 1
Saute celery and onion in oleo. Add the rest and toss until cheese is incorporated. Bake in greased casserole for 45 minutes at 350 °F
