Brocoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 C cooked rice
  • 1 C chopped celery
  • 1/2 C chopped onion
  • 1/4 C butter
  • 1 can cream mushroom soup
  • 1 small jar jalapeno cheese whiz
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli (Ruth uses 2), cooked and drained.

Preparation

Step 1

Saute celery and onion in oleo. Add the rest and toss until cheese is incorporated. Bake in greased casserole for 45 minutes at 350 °F
