Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup of crisco
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 and 3/4 of flour
  • 2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. of baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. of salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix together sugar, butter, crisco and eggs.
2. Mix together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.

Mix 1. and 2. seperately
Combine mixtures

Chill and cover for 1 hour
Roll into balls then roll into sugar and cinnamon

Bake 375 for 8-10 minutes
