  • 1/2 gallon milk (8 cups)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup rice
  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Step 1

Combine milk, sugar and rice. Bring to boil. Cook uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add eggs and vanilla to mixture. Cook over low heat 3-5 minutes. Let cool.
