Preheat oven to 280 degrees. Sprinkle both sides of meat with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Put on foil covered pan. Lay a sheet of foil on top, and crimp 2 long sides of pan. Cook 2 1/2 to 3 hours till fork tender. 3 to 4 hours if needed if a larger piece. Cooks quicker when cut into 3-4 rib sections. Put sauce on and finish cooking on outside grill.
