Ingredients
- 1 jar Mince Meat
- 2-3 Apples, sliced 1/4"
- 1/4 C Raisins
- 1 Egg
- 2 Pie Crust, unbaked (thaw 1 for top crust)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix mince meat, apples and raisins together. Pour into pie crust. Place thawed pie crust on top and crimp the edges together. With a knife, put slash marks in top crust.
Take pastry brush and coat top crust with egg wash.
Bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
