Ingredients
- 2 cups pecan - Finely ground (Like puree)
- 2 sticks butter
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- Mix until frothy but creamy
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups sifted cake flour - Mix little at a time
- Powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Put in refrigerator 1-2 hours
Roll into balls about 1"
Put on cookie sheet about 1 inch apart
Oven 300 degrees
Bake 45 minutes until little golden
Pick up cookies by hand and put on wire rack with parchment paper underneath.
While still slightly warm dust HEAVILY with sifted powdered sugar.
Just before serving dust again with powdered sugar
