  • 2 3/4 CUPS SIFTED FLOUR
  • 2 TSP CREAM OF TARTAR
  • 1 TSP BAKNG SODA
  • 1/4 TSP SALT

Step 1

CREAM SUGAR AND BUTTER TILL LIGHT AND FLUFFY. ADD 1 EGG AT AT TIME MIXING WELL AFTER EACH. ADD DRY INGREDIENTS. CHILL FOR SEVERAL HOURS. ROLL INTO BALL ROLL IN SUGAR AND CINNAMON MIXTURE BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES.
