PISTACHIO CAKE

Ingredients

• Mix:
• 1 box of yellow cake mix
• 1/2 cup of oil
• 4 whole eggs
• 1/2 cup of chopped nuts
• 1 cup club soda
• 1 small box of instant pistachio pudding
• ICING
• Mix:
• 1 small box instant pistachio pudding
• 1/2 pint of heavy cream
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tsp. conf. sugar
• (I usually double this)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 6 ingredients and Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes
