My Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 package (2.5 lb.) meatloaf mix (veal, beef and pork).
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 T milk or water (mix in with eggs)
  • ½ C Parmisano Reggiano and/or Romano cheese
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 6 large garlic cloves (more or less to taste)
  • Couple of basil leaves
  • ½ C bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the garlic, cheese, parsley bread crumbs, and basil in food processor

Lightly mix egg mixture into meat; add the bread crumb mixture. If necessary, add additional bread crumbs to desired texture. Fry in oil (or bake in oven.), and add to sauce.
