Ingredients

  • 1/2

    lb ground beef

  • 24

    wonton wrappers (can be found in any grocery store)

  • 1 3/4

    cup grated Parmesan cheese (7 oz)

  • 1 3/4

    cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 3/4

    cup ricotta cheese (3 oz)

  • 1

    cup pasta sauce (any kind you want for lasagna)

  • Basil

Directions

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. • Brown beef, and season with salt pepper if desired. Drain. • Reserve ¾ cup Parmesan cheese and ¾ cup mozzarella cheese for top of cupcakes. Start by pressing wonton wrapper into bottom of each muffin tin. Sprinkle cheese in first in each (all 3 types), then a little meat and pasta sauce. • Repeat layers again (ie. Wonton, cheee, meat, pasta sauce). • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 min. To remove, use a knife to loosen edges and then pop each cupcake out. • Garnish with basil. The great thing about this recipe is that you can fill it with anything! I’ve used taco filling, apple pie filling, next I’m going to try Fettuccine Alfredo with these wonton wrappers!
