  • grand biscuits
  • pie filling
  • oil for frying
  • cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Roll out biscuit to 4-5 inches, depending on biscuit size, just don't get to thin.
Add a couple T. of any pie filling and fold in half, moon shaped.
Crimp edges with a fork to seal.
Fry in 1/2-1 in oil, med heat until golden brown, turn and repeat.
Dust with cinnamon sugar, or powdered sugar (while still warm) or eat plain.
Best served warm, but can be zapped in the microwave too.
