SLOW COOKER VENISON POT ROAST - OR - STEW

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 lb.) roast or stew meat
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp. each soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. rosemary

Step 1

Season roast with salt to taste. Brown in hot oil in skillet. Place browned meat in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
Cover and cook on slow for 8-10 hours. Serve over rice.
