Cowgirl Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of organic ground beef, buffalo, or turkey
  • 1 egg white
  • 4 T coconut aminos
  • 1/2 C diced red onions
  • 1/2 C diced (tiny tiny) zucchini
  • 1/2 C diced (tiny tiny) red peppers
  • 1/2 tsp-1tsp jalapeno flakes (depends on how spicy)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Shape into 8 patties and grill or bake until desired wellness.
These freeze amazingly well and can morph into any of the three phases
Phase 1 serve for lunch with pineapple and ½ of an Ezekiel bun or dinner with brown rice
Phase 2 serve wrapped in lettuce with lime dressing and a few extra jalapenos
Phase 3 serve on an Ezekiel bun for dinner with diced avocado, lettuce, a touch of safflower mayo, pickles and mustard!
