In a mixer, pour 4 cups of milk, 1 box of instant vanilla and banana pudding, and mix for 5 minutes. Pudding should be set. In a 9x11" pan, arrange a layer of vanilla wafer cookies covering the surface of the pan. Over the cookies, cut a banana into thin slices and place a banana slice on each cookie. Pour pudding over vanilla wafers and bananas and add 3 tablespoons of Cool Whip to the top. Repeat layers until pudding is the last layer, then cover with once more layer of wafers. Cover pudding with saran wrap, and aluminum foil and put in refrigerator overnight, or until pudding sets.
