Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 heads romaine lettuce, torn and chilled
- 3/4 C Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 C fresh croutons
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 3/4 C olive oil
- 1/2 C red wine vinegar
- 1 large anchovy filet
- 1 large clove garlic (pressed)
- pepper
- Worcestershire
- 1 egg, beaten
Preparation
Step 1
Place lettuce, cheese, crouton in bowl. Blend lemon, vinegar and oil and set aside.
In small bowl, mash anchovy, add garlic, pepper and Worcestershire, egg and mix well. Beat in lemon and mix until blended. Pour dressing over greens. Toss.
