Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 c sweetened condensed milk
  • 32 oz. canned peaches, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in 2 quart baking dish by placing oven for 2-3 mins. Mix dry ingredients and milk in a bowl. Stir well and pour mixture over melted butter in baking dish, but do not mix batter w/butter. Add the peaches on top of the batter,but do not mix! Bake for 1 hour and serve when cooled slightly.
