Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. salmon about 1" thick
- 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp. ground tumeric
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place salmon on oil sprayed baking dish. Squeeze lime juice over salmon and rub ginger mix into the fillet.
This was good, but spicy. You might want to put some shredded lime peel on the salmon too.
425° cook depending on size of fillet
