Cheesy Ground Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs. Ground Beef
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) Container Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Pkg. Tater Tots

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place ground beef on bottom of pan. In a bowl mix sour cream and mushroom soup. Place over ground beef layer. Add sharp cheddar cheese. Top with Tater Tots. Bake covered for 45 minutes. Uncover and add additional cheese, if desired. Bake for 15 minutes longer.
