Ingredients
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 fresh lime, squeezed
- 1 lb fish fillets
- Freshly ground pepper
- Chopped parsley
- Chopped black olives
- Chopped tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat ove to 450 degrees. Mix the oil and lime juice together and spread over the fish fillets. Season to taste with pepper.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes without turning. Chop parsley, black olives and tomatoes and mix to put on top of fish when done.
