Betty Zoeller's Yummy Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. can milk (cans come in 6 oz. this time I added water to rinse can and add)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1/2 (or less) t. salt, Black pepper to taste
  • 4 green onions (can sub dehydrated onions)
  • 2 T. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 T. Feta cheese
  • 1/2 c. Havarti (plus a little) (when I use Havarti the recipe is certainly creamier and richer)

Preparation

Step 1

Whip the eggs until almost frothy, and then start adding milk, spinach, and the remaining ingredients.

Preheat oven about 400, immediately reduce heat to 350 and bake 30 to 35 minutes.

As you know, I like to precook the pie shell about 7 or 8 minutes because I like a crisp bottom.
