Ingredients
- 1 sleeve of Club crackers
- 1 cup of butter cubed
- 3/4 cups of sugar
- 2 cups of chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Line a 15 inch jelly roll pan with tin foil. Place crackers in pan salt side down. Set onen temp to 350. Heat butter and sugar in small saucepan. Bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer 5 minutes. Mixture will thicken and sugar should be completely dissolved. Pour evenly over crackers in pan. Bake for 7 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly and return to oven for 3 minutes. Remove from oven and spread chocolate evenly over top. Chill for about 1/2 hour. Break into pieces and store in refrigerator.
