Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1 stick butter
- 4 T. cocoa
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 stick butter
- 3 T. cocoa
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat Oven: 350 degrees
1. Spray a 13 X 9" pan or a 9 X 12" pan.
2. Melt: butter, 4 T. cocoa, water in a sauce pan.
3. Mix: Sugar and Flour
4. Add: Melted mixture to flour and sugar. Then add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, and vanilla.
5. Ice the Cake IMMEDIATELY!!!
6. Icing: Melt butter, 3 T. cocoa, and evaporated milk. Add to powdered sugar and vanilla. Ice the cake!
