Ingredients
- 1 T. butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (4.5oz) chopped green chilis, drained
- 1 (8oz) cream cheese, softened, cut up
- 3 1/2 c. cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 8 (8") flour tortillas
- 2 (8oz) Mont. Jack, shredded
- 2 c. whip cream
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter. Add onion to melted butter, saute 5 minutes. Add chilis, saute 1 minute. Add cheese and cooked chicken breast and cook until cheese melts. Add 2-3 T. chicken mix in tortillas, roll up seamside down. Sprinkle shredded cheese over. Drizzle whip cream over.
