    t fresh ground pepper

    T olive oil divided

    C. Beef broth

  • 2

    t. Soy sauce

  • 2

    t. Fresh lime juice

  • 1/2

    t. Cornstarch

  • 12

    oz fresh Brussels sprouts trimmed

  • 1

    red jalepeno sliced into slivers

  • 1

    T fresh grated ginger

  • 2

    cloves of garlic thinly sliced

  • 1/4

    C. Fresh mint

  • Hot cooked rice

Directions

Cut steak diagonally across the grain into strips. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir fry steak, in oil in a large cast iron skillett2-3 minutes. Transfer to plate. Wisk together broth, and next 4 ingredients until smooth Stir fry Brussels sprouts in remaining oil over high heat for 2 minutes until lightly browned. Add jalapeƱo, ginger,and garlic and stir fry for 1minute. Pour soy sauce mixture over Brussels sprouts and bring to a boil. Cook 3-4 minutes stirring often. Serve over rice.
