Ingredients
- iceburg lettuce 1 small chopped
- celery 1/2 cup chopped
- onion 1/2 cup chopped
- frozen green peas 1 (10-ounce) bag unthawed
- water chestnut 1 can
- mayonnaise 1 1/2 cups
- sour cream 1 1/2 cups
- sugar 2 tablespoons
- cheese 1/2 pound Cheddar Sharp
Preparation
Step 1
In a 15 x 8 x 2 dish layer in first five items in order given
Mix together mayonnaise and sour cream. Spread over salad
Very lightly sprinkle sugar over dressing
Sprinkle cheese on top
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving
