Ingredients

  • 1 Package of Pillsbury grand biscuits (8 count)
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese (cut in tiny cubes)
  • 1 cup if pepperoni (cut in little pieces)
  • 1/2 cup of softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp italian seasonings
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl mix the cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasonings and set aside.
Mix the cheddar cheese and the pepperoni in a bowl.

Take one biscuit round and stretch it with a rolling pin until you have it about 6 in in diameter.
Spread a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture on the biscuit dough (stay away from the edges).
Scoop a generous amount of the cheddar cheese/pepperoni mixture.

Close the turnover and seal it with a fork.
Brush a little bit of olive oil on top of the turnover.
Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
