Ingredients
- 2 Tbs Cold Water
- 1 tsp unflavored gelatin
- (half of 1 oz pkg)1/4 cup

- 1/4 of Tub of Light Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup light cottage cheese
- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- 6 oz can pink salmon
- 1 Tbs fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbs minced fresh dill
- 1/2 Tbs chopped fresh parsley or chervil
- Pinch Cayenne pepper

Step 1
PUT Water in Microwaveable bowl
Sprinkle Gelatin on top.
Set aside

Process or Blend next ing.1 MIN
Add next ing 30 SECONDS
MICROWAVE
GELATIN IN WATER 30 SECONDS
(or till completely melted)

pour into Blender
Blend 15_ 30 seconds.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Pour into SERVING DISH
CHILL at least 2 HOURS
