Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup hash browns or shredded potatoes
- 7-8 strips bacon (turkey works best), or 1/2 cup ham, cooked sausage or other meat
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 medium green and/or red pepper (optional)

Step 1
Mix eggs and milk. Add cheese, hash browns and other ingredients. Pour into large muffin tins. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
