Ingredients
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2 tsp. dry thyme
- 1/2 c. scallions, finely chopped
- 3 T. soy sauce
- 2 T. fresh ginger, grated
- 1 Habanero chili pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 T. garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 lean boneless pork chops, 1-inch think
Preparation
Step 1
1) In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients (except the pork chops).
2) Coat the pork chops with the seasoning paste.
3) Cook in a crock-pot for 7 to 9 hours on low or 4 to 5 hours on high.
