Broccoli Cheese and Rice

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 soup cans full of milk
  • 2 cups chopped velveeta cheese
  • 2 1/4 cups (7oz) minute rice

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter, saute broccoli and onion.
Add salt and cheese. Saute until melted.

Mix all ingredients in a large casserole dish.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
