Heather's "Corn" Chili

This is the chili recipe that I made so that Kayla would be able to enjoy chili with us.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 14 1/2 oz. can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Oregano, and Garlic
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 16 oz. can Bush's Pinto Beans, drained
  • Two 7 oz. cans Green Giant Mexicorn
  • Chili Powder

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, pinto beans, and Mexicorn. Sprinkle chili powder over the entire skillet; Mix the ingredients in the skillet together thoroughly. Simmer the chili for 5 - 8 minutes and then sprinkle chili powder over the top of the skillet again. Mix the chili together thoroughly and simmer for an additional 5 - 8 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.
