Ingredients
- CAKE
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Cocoa (1 cup is you like it richer)
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 1/2 cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup HOT water
- 1 tsp Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
For the cake: Bake in lightly greased and floured pan at 350 Degrees for 35 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean).
White Frosting:
Mix together following and cook on high, let cool:
2 TB Corn Starch
1 cup Milk
Mix together the following:
1/3 cup shortening
1/3 cup Powdered Sugar
1 cup Sugar
1 stick Butter (softened)
Mix both mixtures together then add:
1 tsp Vanilla
