Ingredients

    cups Sugar

    cup Oil

    Eggs

  • 3/4

    cup Cocoa (1 cup is you like it richer)

    cup Sour Cream

  • 2 1/2

    cups Flour

  • 2

    tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/2

    tsp Salt

  • 1

    cup HOT water

  • 1

    tsp Vanilla

Directions

For the cake: Bake in lightly greased and floured pan at 350 Degrees for 35 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean). White Frosting: Mix together following and cook on high, let cool: 2 TB Corn Starch 1 cup Milk Mix together the following: 1/3 cup shortening 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar 1 cup Sugar 1 stick Butter (softened) Mix both mixtures together then add: 1 tsp Vanilla
