  • 2 med sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • CRUNCHY PRALINE TOPPING
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 3/4 cup cornflake cereal
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • BEAT potatoes on speed 2
  • of Kitchenaid Stand mixer
  • 30 seconds
  • ADD the other ing.
  • Turn to Speed 4.
  • Beat 1 minute
  • Spread mix on GREESED pie plate.
  • Bake 400* 20 minutes
  • Clean mixer.
  • Place ing in mixer.
  • Turn to STIR speed 15 sec
  • Spread on Hot Puff and bake for 10 min longer.

2 Tbs butter
¾ cup cornflake cereal
½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
¼ cup brown sugar


BEAT potatoes on speed 2
of Kitchenaid Stand mixer
30 seconds

ADD the other ing.
Turn to Speed 4.
Beat 1 minute

Spread mix on GREESED pie plate.
Bake 400* 20 minutes


Clean mixer.


TOPPING:
Place ing in mixer.
Turn to STIR speed 15 sec

Spread on Hot Puff and bake for 10 min longer.
