Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups blanched almonds
- 1 ¾ cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 14 tbs. melted butter
- 2 tbs. amaretto liquor
- 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation
Step 1
Crush almonds and mix with flour and sugar. Make well in center, pour in the butter and liquor into the well and mix to form a smooth dough. Shape mix into balls the size of walnuts. Place on a baking sheet and flatten with fingers. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. When cooked join together with melted chocolate.
