Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 2 Tablespoons white-wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 6 hamburger buns

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook beef in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up clumps, 8 minutes, until no longer pink. Drain off any fat.

2. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire, vinegar and sugar; cook, stirring occasionally, over medium-low heat until flavors are blended, about 10 minutes. Spoon into hamburger buns.
