Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, grated, grain size
- 2 plum tomatoes, diced
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 3 tab. olive oil
- 2 tab. soy sauce
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2 tab. mint, chopped
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
