No fail pie crust

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • salt
  • 1 1/4 cup of shortening
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 5 tablespoons of cold water
  • 1 tablespoon of vingar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add shortening and mix until its a crumbley. Then mix egg and water and vingar together, and add to flour and shortening mixture. Mix until it just sticks together. (it will roll out better if you use a pastry cloth and pastry cover on rolling pin), Put on a floured pastry cloth and flour rolling pin and roll out to desired size of pie pan, and put into pie pan.
