Ingredients

  • 1 (5 lb) fully-cooked bone in ham
  • 20 whole cloves (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Apricot Preserves
  • 3 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Score the surface of the ham w/a shallow diamond shaped cuts.
Combine preserves & mustard and spread over ham. Pat brown sugar over apricot mix.
Place ham on rack or roasting pan.

Bake at 325 degrees for 20 min. per lb (internal temp is 140)
