Salad with Pink Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 heads romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 2 oranges ( I use 1 can of mandarine oranges)
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 red onion (slice a few rings for plate)
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tbsp water

Preparation

Step 1

Place lettuce, pecans. oranges, red onion rings on plate.
In blender, add remaining ingredients and puree.
Place in fridge for a couple of hours. Shake occasionally.
